The posting

Er du typen, der får en særlig ro i maven, når debet og kredit går op – og som måske endda kan finde en vis skønhed i et velafstemt regneark? Så er det måske dig, vi leder efter.

Vi søger en regnskabsassistent på 37 timer, der har styr på tallene og samtidig kan bevare overblikket, når hverdagen indimellem byder på lidt ekstra kolonner.

Dine primære opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Daglig bogføring og afstemning af debitorer i Business Central
  • Daglig bogføring og afstemning i Uniconta
  • Daglig fakturering og betalinger i fysisk forstand.
  • Lønadministration, herunder opgørelse, bogføring og indberetning af løn i Dataløn og Business Central. Ydermere søge om refusion v. f.eks. barsel og sygdom.
  • Besvarelser af indkomne mails fra kunder, såvel som leverandører.
  • Besvarelse af telefoniske henvendelser i butikkens åbningstid
  • Normal mødetid er kl. 08. Stillingen er på 37 timer og arbejdsplanen tilrettelægges herefter.
  • Lukkevagter: Mandag til kl. 19 Fredag til kl. 17.30 Hver anden lørdag kl. 10-14.
  • Ad hoc-opgaver inden for økonomi og administration.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en relevant uddannelse inden for regnskab/økonomi.
  • Har erfaring fra en lignende stilling.
  • Arbejder struktureret og har sans for detaljen (du ved, hvorfor én decimal kan gøre en stor forskel).
  • Er fortrolig med økonomisystemer og Excel.
  • Har erfaring med Business Central og Uniconta
  • Har erfaring med Dataløn og DatalønTid
  • Formår at have mange bolde i luften.
  • Kan trives i et travlt arbejsmiljø med megen trafik fra kunder og kollegaer
  • Er ansvarsbevidst, selvstændig og samarbejdsorienteret.
