The posting

En ERM estamos en búsqueda de un/a Consultor/a en Sostenibilidad para integrarse a un equipo dedicado, asignado a un proyecto estratégico de certificación internacional para un operador del sector de hidrocarburos en Argentina. El rol requiere experiencia técnica en gestión socioambiental y relaciones comunitarias, así como conocimientos de estándares internacionales, para articular con diferentes áreas del negocio y apoyar procesos de certificación y financiamiento.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar, revisar y actualizar reportes técnicos de sostenibilidad y desempeño socioambiental.
  • Recopilar, sistematizar y analizar información e indicadores ESG de distintas áreas.
  • Organizar y mantener la documentación y las evidencias requeridas para procesos de certificación y auditoría.
  • Participar en la recolección y consolidación de evidencias y en la preparación de reportes trimestrales de desempeño ambiental y social para procesos de financiamiento.
  • Dar seguimiento a planes de acción, compromisos y requerimientos de información.
  • Apoyar la identificación de brechas frente a estándares internacionales, incluyendo las Normas de Desempeño de IFC, y la preparación de recomendaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias Ambientales, Ciencias Sociales o disciplinas afines.
  • Experiencia en gestión ambiental y social (E&S), criterios ESG y relacionamiento con grupos de interés.
  • Conocimientos generales de las Normas de Desempeño de IFC y su aplicación a la gestión ambiental y social de proyectos. No se requiere un nivel de especialización avanzado.
  • Se valorará familiaridad con los Principios de Ecuador y marcos de reporte ESG y sostenibilidad.
  • Se valorará experiencia en la recopilación de evidencias y preparación de reportes de seguimiento ambiental y social para entidades financieras.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes según las necesidades de los proyectos.
