Deine Verantwortung

Du verantwortest die verfahrenstechnische Konzeption, Planung und Weiterentwicklung unserer kundenspezifischen Maschinen und Anlagen für die Verarbeitung von Thermoplasten und Elastomeren. Mit deinem technischen Verständnis sorgst du dafür, dass individuelle Kundenanforderungen in durchdachte, wirtschaftliche und umsetzbare Anlagenlösungen übersetzt und bis zur Inbetriebnahme zuverlässig begleitet werden.

Dein Arbeitsalltag

  • Du entwickelst, optimierst und aktualisierst kundenspezifische Maschinen und Anlagen für die Kunststoff- und Gummiverarbeitung
  • Du erarbeitest verfahrenstechnische Konzepte und integrierst einzelne Maschinen und Komponenten in komplexe Gesamtanlagen
  • Du klärst technische Kundenanforderungen und bewertest unterschiedliche Lösungsvarianten
  • Du planst und dimensionierst verfahrenstechnische Komponenten und stimmst die erforderlichen Schnittstellen ab
  • Du begleitest die Bauteilfertigung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Du betreust Kundenversuche in unserem Technikum sowie bei Bedarf direkt vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Du wertest Versuchsergebnisse aus und leitest daraus technische Optimierungen und Empfehlungen ab
  • Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und wirkst an der Erstellung CE-konformer Betriebsanleitungen mit
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Konstruktion, Automatisierung, Fertigung, Projektmanagement und Vertrieb zusammen

Deine Qualifikation

  • Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse am Sondermaschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Kenntnisse in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, Hydraulik, Pneumatik oder BMSR von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit technischen Zeichnungen und idealerweise 2D-/3D-CAD
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
  • Berufseinsteiger und erfahrene Fachkräfte sind gleichermaßen willkommen
