Für unserer Qualicoat zertifiziertes Beschichtungswerk suchen wir eine erfahrene Person mit Freude an der AVOR und in der Produktionsplanung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auftragsvorbereitung (AVOR) aus proALPHA (Lackleitstand) und Profillog mit entsprechender Priorität, Chargenbildung und optimalem Farbablauf
  • Absprache von Reihenfolgen und Prioritäten mit den vorgelagerten Stellen
  • Information der Kunden bei Q\-Problemen, Terminverspätungen usw.
  • Rückmeldung der Betriebsdaten ins ERP\-System
  • Sicherstellen der Materialverfügbarkeit ( , Betriebs\- und Hilfsmaterialien) aufgrund des prognostizierten Bedarfs unter Anwendung des ERP\-Systems (proALPHA)
  • Auftrags\- und Prozessabwicklung gemäss den internen Weisungen und dem Prozesshandbuch unter Anwendung der internen Systeme (proALPHA, Fehlermanagement usw.)
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Auftragsabwicklung und Prozesse bezüglich Qualität, Termineinhaltung, Flexibilität sowie der Wirtschaftlichkeit

Ihr Profil

  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erfahrung im Produktionsbetrieb, vorzugsweise in der Produktionsplanung wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Auftragsplanung/\-steuerung
  • Kenntnisse der automatisierten Pulverbeschichtung von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS\-Office und ERP\-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationstalent mit kühlem
  • Hohes Qualitätsdenken
