The opportunity

We are looking for experienced Finance Technology / Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) professionals to join our Finance Transformation practice.

In this role, you will work with CFOs, Finance and technology teams to transform how organizations plan, consolidate, report and manage business performance. You will combine Finance functional knowledge with EPM technology expertise to design and deliver solutions that improve financial planning, reporting, controls, automation and decision-making.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead or support Finance Technology and EPM transformation engagements across budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial consolidation, close and management reporting.
  • Facilitate client workshops, assess current-state processes and translate business requirements into functional and solution designs.
  • Design EPM capabilities including planning models, drivers, allocations, scenarios, workflows, consolidation logic, reporting and data requirements.
  • Support end-to-end EPM implementations from requirements and design through testing, data migration, deployment, user enablement and post-go-live support.
  • Work with Finance, IT and technical teams to integrate EPM solutions with ERP and enterprise data platforms.
  • Advise clients on Finance/EPM operating models, process improvements, governance and technology roadmaps.
  • Manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies and client stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop team members and contribute to practice capability development.
  • Support proposals, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, EPM assessments and other business development activities.

Skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of one or more Finance domains, including FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, financial consolidation, close, management reporting or performance management.
  • Experience delivering Finance Transformation or EPM projects, ideally within consulting, professional services or a complex enterprise environment.
  • Functional or techno-functional experience with one or more EPM platforms such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle FCCS, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning/BPC or similar platforms.
  • Ability to translate Finance requirements into practical business processes and technology solutions.
  • Understanding of Finance data, ERP/EPM integration, testing and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both Finance stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders and deliver presentations and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Finance qualifications, postgraduate qualifications or certifications in EPM platforms would be advantageous.

Senior Associate

  • Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, EPM or Finance Technology.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end EPM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration and deployment.
  • Ability to work directly with Finance and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical EPM solutions.

We are looking for Finance Technology practitioners who combine strong Finance functional knowledge with EPM technology expertise, with the ability to go beyond technical system implementation to understand and address broader Finance transformation needs.

You should be able to understand a Finance problem, challenge and redesign the underlying process, translate business requirements into an effective EPM solution, and work across Finance and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Experience across multiple industries, geographies or EPM platforms will be an advantage.
