OUMAN on Pohjoismaiden suurin rakennusautomaatiojärjestelmien valmistaja. Yli 40 vuoden ajan olemme kehittäneet ja valmistaneet ratkaisuja, jotka parantavat tuhansien kiinteistöjen energiatehokkuutta vuosittain. Lämmönsäädinten valmistuksesta alkanut matkamme on kehittynyt kokonaisvaltaisiksi järjestelmiksi, jotka ohjaavat rakennusten kaikkia LVI-prosesseja. Etsimme nyt TEKNISEN TUEN ASIANTUNTIJAA Kempeleen toimipisteeseen.

Tehtävässäsi hoidat puhelimen ja sähköpostin kautta tulevia yhteydenottoja koskien Ouman tuotteita sekä niiden mahdollisia vika- ja takuuasioita. Työ sisältää vikatilanteiden selvittelyä, asennus- ja käyttöneuvontaa urakoitsijoille sekä muille asiakasryhmille. Tehtävään kuuluu asiakasreklamaatioiden ja takuupalautusten käsittely, vikadiagnoosien tekeminen sekä laatutilastojen ylläpito ja raportointi. Työtä tehdään tiiviissä yhteistyössä myynnin ja tuotehallinnan kanssa. Työpaikkana on Kempeleen toimipiste ja työtä tehdään pääosin lähityönä. Osittainen etätyö on myös sovittaessa mahdollista.

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää teknistä taustaa. Ouman-tuotteiden ja elektroniikan tuntemus katsotaan eduksi, mutta ei ole välttämätön, sillä tehtävään perehdytetään kattavasti. Arvostamme ymmärrystä automatiikasta ja sähkötekniikasta, kykyä omaksua nopeasti uutta tekniikkaa ja työssä tarvittavia sovelluksia sekä ohjelmistoja. Tehtävässä tarvitaan suomen kielen lisäksi myös englannin kielen taitoa. Muu kielitaito katsotaan eduksi.

Olet luonteeltasi oma-aloitteinen ja asiakaspalveluhenkinen, etkä vierasta myöskään tekoälyn tuomia mahdollisuuksia. Tulet toimimaan osana myynnin tuen tiimiä, jossa työskentelee tällä hetkellä 7 henkeä, joten arvostamme tiimihenkisyyttä.
