Om rollen

I rollen som projektledare arbetar du med hela kundresan – från teknisk analys och rådgivning till projektledning och uppföljning. Försäljningen sker genom teknisk rådgivning och förtroende, där du identifierar kundens behov och föreslår rätt UC-lösningar. Fokus ligger på kvalitet och långsiktiga relationer snarare än volymförsäljning. Rollen innebär resor till kundanläggningar.

Dina ansvarsområden

  • Leda och genomföra projekt inom rengöring och optimering av värme- och kylsystem
  • Genomföra tekniska analyser och identifiera förbättrings- och affärsmöjligheter hos kund
  • Ta fram tekniska förslag, kalkyler och offerter
  • Bygga och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer
  • Samordna kunder, leverantörer och interna resurser
  • Dokumentera, följa upp och kvalitetssäkra projekt och affärsresultat

Vi söker dig som har

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av arbete med stora värme- och kylsystem
  • God kunskap inom tryckhållning och gärna värmeväxlare
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom VVS, energi eller industri
  • Förmåga att kombinera teknisk problemlösning med affärsmässigt tänk
  • B-körkort (krav)
