Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atividades de limpeza e organização das áreas de trabalho, mantendo as condições operacionais dentro dos padrões exigidos pela empresa.Operar e monitorar equipamentos, tais como filtros prensa, bombas de polpa, bombas de água, compressores e vasos acumuladores de pressão conforme as orientações e procedimentos operacionais e garantindo o cumprimento das metas de produção e qualidade.Auxiliar nas rotinas de inspeção dos equipamentos, reportando qualquer irregularidade ou necessidade de manutenção ao supervisor ou técnico responsável do turno.Garantir bom relacionamento com o time operacional e manutenção.Coletar amostras de material em pontos específicos do processo para controle de qualidade, conforme as orientações.Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de segurança e procedimentos ambientais, contribuindo para a mitigação de riscos e impactos.Manter registros precisos das atividades diárias, incluindo tempo de operação, paradas, manutenções realizadas e quaisquer incidentes ocorridos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQualificações:Ensino Médio completoDesejável experiência em operação de planta de beneficiamento.Desejável conhecimento prático/teórico em filtragem, bombeamento e limpeza industrial.Leitura e interpretação de procedimentos operacionais.Noções básicas de manutenção industrial.Competências Comportamentais:Proatividade e senso de responsabilidadeCapacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhesComprometimento com segurança e qualidadeColaboração e comunicação com diferentes áreasAutonomia para tomada de decisão no campoOrganização e disciplina na execução das rotinas
