One Ero.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as equipes de manutenção mecânica nas rotinas diárias, orientando e acompanhando as atividades em campo.Gerir equipe na realização dos planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva dos equipamentos.Garantir a execução das ordens de serviço conforme os prazos e prioridades estabelecidas.Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas e propor soluções técnicas eficazes.Controlar e solicitar materiais, peças e recursos necessários para a execução das manutenções.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área e propor ações de melhoria.Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade durante a execução das atividades.Participar de reuniões de planejamento, alinhamento com produção e outras áreas correlatas.Desenvolver e capacitar a equipe técnica, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e seguro.Garantir o cumprimento das normas e programas corporativos aplicáveis; Cumprir, fazer cumprir e prover recursos necessários, para garantir a implementação da política e procedimentos de Segurança e Saúde Operacional e Meio Ambiente; Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe, acompanhando a execução de serviços críticos, na manutenção de equipamentos e sistemas, garantindo a disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos mesmos;Acompanhar a programação de manutenção da usina. Atuar na análise crítica de falhas e causas raiz, propondo ações estruturantes para aumento da confiabilidade dos equipamentos.Participar da elaboração do plano mestre de manutenção e de paradas programadas, em alinhamento com as áreas de PCM, Engenharia e Operações.Ser referência técnica para a equipe, disseminando conhecimento e promovendo capacitação contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas afins;Desejável formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Produção ou correlatas;Inscrição ativa em órgão de conselho de classe (CFT, CREA, etc);Experiência sólida em supervisão de manutenção mecânica industrial pesada (mineração);Domínio em gestão de ativos, análise de falhas, planos de manutenção, indicadores e ferramentas de melhoria contínua;Conhecimento avançado em ERP de manutenção, SAP,SEIM, Excel e ferramentas de PCM;Vivência com gestão de equipes multidisciplinares e contratos terceirizados - vivência em posição de liderança ou supervisão, preferencialmente em plantas de beneficiamento mineral;Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, normas e especificações técnicas;Conhecimento de Britadores, peneiras, alimentadores, moinhos, redutores, sistemas de acionamento, transportadores de correia, bombas, tubulações, válvulas, células de flotação, espessadores, filtros e sistemas de rejeitos e sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos.🛑 Importante: É necessário ter disponibilidade para residir em Pilar– BA.
