The posting

Job Description We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Grocery Pickers & Packers. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer grocery orders accurately and efficiently in a clean, air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pick grocery items accurately based on customer orders
  • Pack orders neatly and securely, ensuring items are handled with care
  • Check items for quality, expiry dates and damage before packing
  • Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
  • Follow company hygiene, safety and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Able to lift and carry grocery items
  • Attentive to detail and able to work at a steady pace
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • No experience needed; training will be provided
