Om rollen

Ersta diakoni söker nu en Kommunikation och Marknad (KoM) Business Partner till Ersta sjukhus. I rollen arbetar du nära sjukhusledningen och ingår i KoM-teamet. Du kommer till en energifylld och värderingsstyrd arbetsplats på Södermalm med fantastisk utsikt över Stockholms inlopp. Du rapporterar till kommunikations- och marknadsdirektören.

Arbetsuppgifter:

  • Vara strategiskt och operativt kommunikationsstöd till sjukhusledning, chefer och verksamheter
  • Ta fram och genomföra kommunikationsplaner för prioriterade initiativ, projekt och förändringsarbeten
  • Initiera och driva kommunikations- och marknadsaktiviteter som stärker Ersta sjukhus synlighet och stödjer verksamhetens mål
  • Ansvara för och producera innehåll för sjukhusets interna och externa kanaler
  • Planera och samordna kampanjer och aktiviteter i nära samarbete med KoM-avdelningens specialister
  • Följa upp, analysera och utveckla insatser utifrån verksamhetens mål och prioriteringar.

Din profil

För att lyckas i rollen är du strukturerad, initiativtagande och samarbetsinriktad. Du är trygg i din kompetens, bygger förtroende i organisationen och trivs med att kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativt genomförande.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Akademisk examen eller motsvarande inom kommunikation, journalistik eller marknadsföring
  • Minst fem års erfarenhet från en liknande roll
  • Erfarenhet från hälso- och sjukvård
  • Erfarenhet av att ge strategiskt kommunikationsstöd till chefer och ledningsgrupper
  • Mycket god förmåga att formulera budskap för olika målgrupper och kanaler
  • God projektledningsförmåga och vana att driva flera initiativ parallellt.

Verktyg:

Du är bekväm med digitala verktyg som CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva och/eller Ungapped, Meta Business Manager, SharePoint och Google Analytics.
