Ersta diakoni driver tio äldreboenden i Stockholm och Uppsala. Hos oss ska den som flyttar in kunna fortsätta leva sitt liv utifrån sina vanor, behov och önskemål. Vi arbetar personcentrerat och vill skapa en trygg och innehållsrik vardag med gemenskap, aktiviteter och måltider som en viktig del.

För oss är omtanke en del av kompetensen. Det handlar om att ge en trygg och professionell omsorg, men också om att vara lyhörd för den du möter och vad som är viktigt för just den personen.

Sarahemmet är ett vård- och omsorgsboende med 54 platser i Älta i Nacka. Vi har fyra avdelningar med demensinriktning och två med somatisk inriktning. Boendet ligger nära naturen och har en grönskande trädgård.

Om rollen

Som timvikarie hos oss arbetar du tillsammans med dina kollegor för att skapa en trygg och meningsfull vardag för de boende. Arbetsdagen planeras utifrån varje persons individuella behov, vanor och önskemål.

I arbetet ingår bland annat personlig omvårdnad, måltider, aktiviteter och social samvaro. Vi arbetar personcentrerat och med kontaktmannaskap som en viktig del i att skapa kontinuitet och trygghet.

Vi söker nu flera timvikarier som vill arbeta extra och hoppa in vid sjukfrånvaro och andra tillfälliga behov. Arbetstiderna är förlagda till dag, kväll och helg.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som tycker om att arbeta nära människor och som möter både boende och kollegor med omtanke och respekt. Du är trygg och ansvarstagande och förstår vikten av att vara lyhörd för varje persons individuella behov och önskemål.

Du samarbetar bra med andra, kommunicerar tydligt och bidrar till ett gott arbetsklimat. Du är också noggrann och tar ansvar för att arbetet blir utfört på ett tryggt och professionellt sätt.

Din erfarenhet

Vi söker dig som har:

  • tidigare erfarenhet av äldreomsorg
  • goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift
  • god digital vana

Vi ser positivt på om du är utbildad undersköterska, men det är inget krav.
