Als attraktive Arbeitgeberin bietet die Erste Group zahlreiche Karrieremöglichkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld.Als Head of Gr... 1 Head of Group Taxes (all genders) * Dienstort:Wien * Arbeitszeitausmaß:Vollzeit * Berufsfeld:Accounting / Taxes * Unternehmen:Erste Group Bank AGDeine Tasks * Verantwortung für Tax Accounting und Tax Reporting auf Gruppenebene einschließlich der relevanten Prozesse, Systeme, Standards und Governance-Strukturen. * Steuerung der steuerlichen Risikoposition der Gruppe und ihrer Gesellschaften sowie steuerliche Begleitung von Gruppen-, Unternehmens- und Beteiligungsstrukturen. * Steuerliche Steuerung und Beratung von Tochter- und Beteiligungsgesellschaften sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem österreichischen Sektor und den CEE-Gesellschaften. * Monitoring steuerlicher, regulatorischer und fachlicher Entwicklungen sowie Kommunikation relevanter Anforderungen und Neuerungen innerhalb der Gruppe. * Steuerung von IT-Lösungen, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen im Bereich Tax Accounting und Tax. * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Finance-Funktionen und internen wie externen Stakeholdern. * Abhängig vom Erfahrungshintergrund besteht die Möglichkeit, den Verantwortungsbereich perspektivisch um Themen in Group Accounting zu erweitern.Dein Background * Erfolgreich abgelegte österreichische Steuerberaterprüfung. * Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in Tax, Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Accounting oder einem vergleichbaren Konzernumfeld. * Führungserfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Steuerrecht, Konzern- und Beteiligungsstrukturen. * Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen steuerlichen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz. * Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen. * Erfahrung in weiteren Accounting Bereichen ist von Vorteil. * Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse den hohen Anforderungen entsprechend; weitere Sprachen aus dem Umfeld der Erste Group sind willkommen.Unser Angebot * Eine zentrale Group-Funktion mit umfassendem Gestaltungsspielraum und internationaler Zusammenarbeit. * Die Möglichkeit, die Group Tax-Funktion fachlich, organisatorisch und technologisch weiterzuentwickeln. * Perspektivische Erweiterung des Verantwortungsbereichs abhängig von Erfahrung und organisatorischer Entwicklung. * Ein erfahrenes Team sowie individuelle Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. * Flexible Arbeitsmodelle und zusätzliche <a href="https://www.erstegroup.com/de/karriere/benefits" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.erstegroup.com/de/karriere/benefits</a> der Erste Group * Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 95.000,- (Vollzeit, inklusive Überstundenpauschale bzw.
