Cash Management is a strategic growth area for Erste Group. We help domestic and international corporate clients optimize their payment and liquidity processes. To strengthen our Cash Management & Digital Sales team, we are looking for a sales-oriented professional who will work closely with our Corporate Relationship Managers to develop innovative cash management solutions, identify new business opportunities and further expand our international business across Central and Eastern Europe. 1 International Cash Management Sales Expert (all genders) * Location:Wien

Your Responsibilities

* Independently advise and manage complex corporate client relationships, actively developing new and existing business in close cooperation with Relationship Managers.

* Design and sell tailored solutions for payments, cash pooling, liquidity management and digital banking connectivity.

* Coordinate cross-border cash management solutions and collaborate with Erste Group banks across CEE.

* Take responsibility for client proposals, international requests for proposals (RFPs), pricing negotiations and complex sales projects through to implementation.

* Identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our cash management sales strategy.

Your Background

* A degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field, a relevant university of applied sciences qualification, or equivalent professional experience.

* At least several years of experience in corporate banking, cash management, transaction banking or treasury, ideally with direct client-facing and sales responsibilities.

* Sound understanding of payments, cash management products and the treasury requirements of internationally active companies.

* Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills, with an enthusiasm for developing tailored client solutions.

* An independent, proactive and results-oriented approach, combined with a strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate internationally.

* Very good command of German and English; knowledge of EBICS, SWIFT, APIs or corporate banking connectivity is an advantage.

* For this position, we offer a gross annual salary of approximately 85,000.00 Euro (full-time, all-in arrangement). Your actual salary will be based on your qualifications, experience, and individual fit for the role.
