ERx Clinical Partners is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a critical access hospital in beautiful North Central Washington. Whether you're looking for occasional shifts, a consistent part-time schedule, or full-time block coverage, we offer multiple scheduling options that allow you to maximize both income and time off. Compensation & Benefits $150/hour physician compensation 1099 independent contractor position Travel accommodations provided Lodging provided Professional liability coverage included Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical environment Practice Details Critical Access Hospital Level IV Trauma Center Annual ED Volume: 3,605 visits Average ED Census: 11 patients per day Annual Inpatient Volume: 600 admissions Average Inpatient Census: 1.5 patients per day 24-hour physician coverage 10 hours daily APP coverage CPSI EMR Requirements Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine experience preferred Hospital Medicine experience preferred Washington license or ability to obtain Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications Benefits ✅ Low-volume Emergency Department averaging just 11 patients per day ✅ Travel and lodging provided ✅ Flexible 8-, 12-, and 24-hour shifts ✅ Full-time and part-time opportunities available ✅ Extended coverage blocks available, including up to 96-hour assignments ✅ APP support ✅ Malpractice coverage included ✅ Opportunity to bundle shifts and enjoy extended periods off between work blocks Area Highlights Brewster, Wa is located near the Methow Valley and Wenatchee.
