Mit deinem Know\-how gestaltest du die Zukunft der Kehrichtverwertungsanlage (KVA) Hagenholz aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du unsere Anlagen langfristig weiter, hilfst dabei die Grundlage für einen sicheren, effizienten sowie nachhaltigen Betrieb zu schaffen und trägst dazu bei, dass eine der modernsten KVAs der Schweiz ihren Auftrag für die Stadt Zürich auch in Zukunft zuverlässig erfüllt. Wir suchen am Standort Hagenholz in Oerlikon ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung.

ERZ zählt mit rund 1'000 Mitarbeitenden zu den grössten Dienstabteilungen der Stadt Zürich und agiert in einem spannenden Umfeld am Puls der Zeit. Wir sind modern, bodenständig, aufgeschlossen, alle per Du und wollen etwas bewegen. Gemeinsam setzen wir uns für ein sauberes, innovatives und nachhaltiges Zürich ein.

Aufgaben

  • Du führst die Gruppe Asset Management mit insgesamt 7 Mitarbeitenden personell sowie fachlich und verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der Anlagen und Assets unserer KVA.
  • Du unterstützt den Betrieb bei Inbetriebnahmen und technischen Fragestellungen, analysierst Betriebs\- wie auch Anlagendaten, erarbeitest Expertisen sowie fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und unterstützt für ca. 8 Wochen im Jahr den KVA\-Betrieb im Pikettdienst.
  • Du bringst dich bei Erneuerungs\- sowie Neubaustrategien ein und treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres technischen Anlagenparks voran.
  • Du leitest Investitions\- und Optimierungsprojekte, evaluierst neue Technologien und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher, ökologischer sowie rechtlicher Anforderungen.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Umwelt\-, Sicherheits\- und Qualitätsstandards sicher, verantwortest die technische Dokumentation und wirkst bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit.

Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss (FH/Uni/ETH) in Verfahrens\- / Umwelttechnik oder vergleichbar sowie idealerweise eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Betrieb oder Bau verfahrenstechnischer Produktionsanlagen, bestenfalls im Bereich Feuerung und Rauchgasreinigung sowie Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte sowie Freude daran, Anlagen weiterzuentwickeln, sich strategisch einzubringen und Innovationen erfolgreich umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zu vereinen und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C2\), hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie eine klare Kommunikation im Umgang mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen
