Die Pfarre Kirchdorf in Tirol ist eine der 210 Pfarren und vielfältigen Einrichtungen der Erzdiözese Salzburg, welche wiederum

für eine Kirche steht, die sowohl Gott als auch den Menschen gegenüber Verantwortung trägt und

einen wertvollen Beitrag für die Gesellschaft leistet.

Die Pfarre Kirchdorf / Erpfendorf in Tirol bildet gemeinsam mit den Pfarren St.Johann in Tirol, Waidring und Going am Wilden

Kaiser den Pfarrverband Niederkaiser/Steinplatte mit ca. 12 000 Katholik*innen und ist Teil des Dekanats St.Johann in Tirol.

Das erwartet dich:

* Allgemeine Verwaltungs- und Sekretariatstätigkeiten im Pfarrbüro, Parteienverkehr

* Freundlicher Empfang von Besucher*innen, Erteilung von pfarrlichen Auskünften und einfühlsamer Erstkontakt bei seelsorgerischen Anliegen

* Führen von Matrikenbüchern, Verwaltung von Messstipendien und Stolarien

* Führen der Buchhaltung / Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Finanzangelegenheiten der Pfarre

* Terminplanung u.a. Taufen, Vergabe der pfarrlichen Räume, Führen von Schlüssel- und Inventarlisten

* Mitarbeit bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Erstellen der Gottesdienstordnung, Betreuung der Homepage und der Schaukästen)

Das bringst du mit:

* Gute Kenntnisse in den Microsoft-Office Anwendungen

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist

* Freundlicher, höflicher und aufgeschlossener Umgang mit Menschen

* Kontaktfreudigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen, Taktgefühl, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion

* Freude, in der katholischen Kirche zu arbeiten

Damit überzeugen wir dich:

* Monatliches Bruttogrundgehalt für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt mtl. 2.438,- EUR

auf Bass Brutto/Vollzeit. Monatliches Bruttogrundgehalt zwischen € 969,- und € 1.225,- (für 15 Wochen

stunden) etwaige Erhöhung je nach Qualifikation und facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten
