Die Katholische Jungschar ist die Kinderorganisation der Katholischen Kirche und Teil der "Jungen Kirche" Salzburg. Sie bietet Kindern im Alter von 8 bis 14 Jahren ein vielfältiges Programm, das Gemeinschaft, Glauben, Spiel und Abenteuer vereint. Ein Hauptaufgabengebiet der diözesanen Jungschar ist die Begleitung sowie Aus-und Weiterbildung von Ehrenamtlichen in Pfarren. 1 Referent*in für die Ministrant*innenpastoral (m/w/d) Arbeitszeit: 38 Wochenstunden (100%) ab Jänner 2027

Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

* Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von diversen Angeboten für Ministrant*innen (Mini-Tage, Mini-Wallfahrten etc.)

* Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie Beratung und Begleitung von (vorwiegend ehrenamtlichen) Engagierten in der pfarrlichen Kinderpastoral

* Durchführung von regionalen Austauschtreffen

* Pädagogische Arbeit mit Kindern auf Regional- und Diözesanebene

* Erstellen von praktischen Unterlagen für die pfarrliche Kinderpastoral

* Unterstützung bei diversen organisatorischen Abläufen

* Mitarbeit in diversen Teams

* Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Aktionen und Kampagnen der Katholischen Jungschar/Jungen Kirche

* Unterstützung bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Das bringst Du mit:

* Pädagogische und/oder theologische Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Erfahrung in der kirchlichen Kinder-/Jugendpastoral (haupt- oder ehrenamtlich) von Vorteil

* Hohe Sensibilität und verantwortungsbewusste Haltung zu Kinderrechten und Kinderschutz

* Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und (zeitliche) Flexibilität

* Identifikation mit den Werten und Zielen der Katholischen Jungschar/Jungen Kirche sowie Motivation in der Katholischen Kirche mitzuarbeiten

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) und Führerschein B
