Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst strukturierte Ausschreibungen durch, holst Angebote ein und verhandelst Verträge sowie Konditionen auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Dienstleistern.
  • Du steuerst eigenständig Beschaffungsvorgänge – von taktisch bis operativ – und übernimmst die Verantwortung für reibungslose Abläufe.
  • Du analysierst Bedarfe im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Wartung und Instandhaltung und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du wählst Lieferanten strategisch aus, bewertest sie anhand von Qualitäts- und Servicekennzahlen und hast den Markt stets im Blick, um neue Trends und Partner frühzeitig zu identifizieren.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Services wie Reinigung, Sicherheit und Wartung kontinuierlich höchste Qualität liefern.
  • Du baust ein belastbares Partnernetzwerk auf und pflegst langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, achtest auf ESG-Kriterien und setzt Optimierungs- und Kostenreduktionsmaßnahmen um, die echten Mehrwert schaffen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Facility Management oder einer vergleichbaren Branche
  • Gutes Verständnis für Gebäudetechnik, Instandhaltung und Facility-Prozesse
  • Grundkenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Ausschreibungen
  • Strategisches Denken, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und am Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Argumentationsstärke sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, pragmatische Lösungsfindung auch unter Druck und Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern
  • Routinierter Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und CRM-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
