We are currently looking for 2 local candidates to join our client's team through ES Recruitment as a Systems Executive (12 hrs rotating shift).

This is a 1 year renewable contract under agency payroll.

Work Location: Seletar ATC Tower, Changi Airport T2 & Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC)

The role requires deployment across the above locations.

Salary Up to $3500 per month + Shift allowance ($10/day shift and $22/night shift) + Public holiday allowance + OT Pay (where applicable)

1-month completion bonus, subject to performance and recommendation by the PM/RO

Job Description

Keep critical air traffic communications running smoothly supporting safe, seamless operations across Singapore's airspace.

Resolve system faults fast: Respond to user reports and troubleshoot IVCS4 Systems issues.

Coordinate with partners: Work with telco providers and overseas line suppliers to fix telephone line faults.

Collaborate across teams: Liaise with other system contractors on interface connections.

Track and document: Log all fault resolutions in the IVCS4 system for transparency and learning.

Support air traffic controllers: Assist with audio recording playback when needed.

Requirement:

  • Singaporean (required to clear CAT2a project clearance and pre-employment check)
  • Preferably 1–3 years experience in either Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering, System Integration, Network Administration and Maintenance, or Telecommunications.
  • Must be comfortable working 12 hours rotating shift
  • Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, fault isolation and system maintenance.
  • Willingness to work across the designated locations
