Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Schlüsselrolle verbindest du Qualitätssicherung, Wissenstransfer und operative Projektarbeit. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Montageleistungen in unserem Fachbereich Bahn Projektmanagement höchsten Standards entsprechen – und bist gleichzeitig selbst aktiv in der Umsetzung unserer Projekte vor Ort.

Qualität & Standards

  • Überprüfung der ausgeführten Montageleistungen (insb. Niederspannungsschaltanlagen)
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Dokumentationsstandards
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen

Schulung & Weiterentwicklung

  • Durchführung von praxisnahen Schulungen für unsere Monteure und Bauleiter
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender im Montagebereich
  • Weiterentwicklung von Schulungskonzepten und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Projektumsetzung vor Ort

  • Aktive Mitarbeit auf Baustellen und bei Inbetriebnahmen deutschlandweit
  • Unterstützung bei der fachgerechten Umsetzung unserer Projekte
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Abteilungsleitung, Projektleitung und Montage

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage oder im Anlagenbau (idealerweise Schaltanlagenbau)
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, Wissen zu vermitteln und Mitarbeitende weiterzuentwickeln
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
