Ihre Aufgaben

Für unsere deutschlandweiten Baustellen suchen wir ​engagierte und reisebereite Obermonteure ​/ Bauleiter (m/w/d):

  • Deutschlandweites Führen von Montageteams (Projektstart immer am Standort in Grimma)
  • Mitarbeiterführung und fachliche Kontrolle der erbrachten Leistungen
  • Dokumentation der geleisteten Arbeit und Aufbereitung zur internen Abrechnungen (Aufmaßerstellung etc.)
  • Einhaltung der Baupläne und Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
  • Elektrisches Anschließen und Inbetriebnehmen von Schalt- und Steuerungsanlagen aus unserem Produktbereich Bahn
  • Dazu gehören u.a. NS-Verteilungsanlagen, Weichenheizungen oder Kabel-, Beleuchtungs- und Erdungsanlagen
  • Kabelwegeausbau und Leitungsverlegung, Fehlersuche und Reparatur

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Qualifikationen zum Obermonteur
  • mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrungen in genannten Bereich
  • Verantwortungsvolles und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Sicherer Kundenumgang sowie Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft (Projektstart immer am Standort in Grimma)
