Ihre Aufgaben

Als Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d) sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Produkte, Prozesse und Abläufe den hohen Qualitätsanforderungen unserer Kunden und den geltenden Normen entsprechen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Produktion, Projektierung, Einkauf und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und entwickeln unser Qualitätsmanagement kontinuierlich weiter.

  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Überwachung und Optimierung qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse
  • Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Audits
  • Bearbeitung und Analyse von Reklamationen, Abweichungen und Qualitätsproblemen
  • Ableitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsdokumentationen, Prüfplänen und Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Lieferanten zu Qualitäts- und Reklamationsthemen
  • Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen und Qualitätsprojekten

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmanagementmethoden und -werkzeuge
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Normen und Audits, idealerweise nach ISO 9001
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
