Drehscheibenfunktion im Team Management Services und Kommunikation

Ihre Aufgaben

  • In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Überwachung, Koordination und Realisation von diversen Kommunikationsaktivitäten.
  • Das Verfassen, Redigieren, Umsetzen und Kontrollieren von Texten für On\-/Offline\-Kanäle, wie Homepage, Intranet, Social Media, Geschäftsbericht, Kundezeitschrift und Videos, gehört zu Ihren Haupttätigkeiten, ebenso wie die Aktualisierung und Pflege der Firmenwebseite.
  • Weiter unterstützen und entlasten Sie in dieser Drehscheibenfunktion den Bereichsleiter bei seinen vielseitigen Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Management Services und Kommunikation/Werbung. So erledigen Sie anfallende Korrespondenz und weitere, täglich anfallende, administrative Arbeiten, koordinieren Termine und helfen mit bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung der regelmässig stattfindenden ESA\-Behördensitzungen.
  • Sie bringen Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Erfahrung in der internen und externen Unternehmenskommunikation ein und sind Auskunftsstelle für die vielfältigen Anliegen unserer firmeninternen wie externen Ansprechpartner.
  • In der Schnittstelle zu den anderen Abteilungen koordinieren Sie die vielfältigen Aufgaben im Bereich Management Services und Kommunikation.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Für diese Tätigkeit bringen Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation mit oder Sie haben eine Fachausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Kommunikation oder sind bereit, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden.
  • Redaktionelle Fähigkeiten und Textgewandtheit gehören zu Ihrem Profil. Stilsicheres Deutsch ist Voraussetzung, gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind sehr selbständig, flexibel, belastbar und behalten auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick. Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine genaue und effiziente Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus. Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine gesunde Portion Durchschlagskraft runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Die Anwendung der MS Office\-Programme gehört zu Ihrer täglichen Routine, insbesondere haben Sie gute Kenntnisse von Word, PowerPoint und Excel. SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
