  • Create product tools, data sheets, comparison guides, and training materials for sales and distributors

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with R&D and manufacturing on new product development, formulation changes, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate with supply chain to manage availability, forecasts, and lifecycle transitions
  • Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical marketing within welding consumables, metals, or industrial products
  • Strong understanding of stainless-steel alloys, welding processes (MIG, TIG, FCAW), and filler metal applications
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
