Posición: PROJECT MANAGER SUPPORT / ASISTENTE DE PROYECTOS

Ubicación: Valencia (modelo híbrido). Tipo de contrato: Contrato indefinido, jornada completa (37h/semana). Modalidad: Híbrido (40% teletrabajo) con horario flexible. Fecha de inicio: Incorporación inmediata o a convenir.

Descripción del rol: Buscamos una persona proactiva y organizada para dar soporte en la ejecución de proyectos relacionados con innovación y transferencia tecnológica. Trabajarás en contacto directo con varios project managers, colaborando en tareas clave como:

  • Apoyo en la ejecución de proyectos de innovación y transferencia de tecnología.
  • Soporte en la elaboración de estudios de mercado y mapeos de actores relevantes.
  • Gestión de comunicaciones con empresas mediante diferentes canales (email, llamadas, etc.)., realizando seguimiento y compartiendo documentación relevante. Este rol no implica ventas, sino apoyo operativo y estratégico en el desarrollo de los proyectos.
  • Uso de herramientas digitales y software especializado interno.

¿Qué buscamos?

Requisitos clave:

  • Alto nivel de organización y capacidad de trabajar en varios proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Dominio del paquete Office, especialmente PowerPoint, Excel y Word.
  • Conocimientos informáticos avanzados y agilidad para aprender nuevas herramientas y softwares internos.
  • Nivel de inglés medio-alto (mínimo B2, se realizará prueba en la entrevista).
  • Titulación mínima: Grado universitario o Formación Profesional Superior.

  • Experiencia profesional previa en roles similares.
