Sobre el rol

Buscamos una persona para la posición de Regulatory Affairs Officer, y que estará a cargo de los mercados de US & LATAM.

Funciones

  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de la normativa regulatoria del área geográfica (país/es) de su influencia y analizar en detalle el impacto sobre las categorías de los productos del grupo.
  • Interactuar con las autoridades competentes y organismos notificados. Participar en las auditorías regulatorias. Evaluar y proponer acciones correctivas a las no conformidades o deficiencias de certificación de producto.
  • Ser el referente, en la empresa, de su zona geográfica de influencia para el desarrollo de la estrategia regulatoria global.
  • Dar soporte al equipo de Country Managers para el desarrollo y expansión del negocio.
  • Dar soporte al Dpto. de I+D en el diseño de nuevos productos o actualización de los mismos.
  • Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos del Dpto.
  • Elaborar de PNTs del Dpto cumpliendo con los requisitos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa y con la normativa aplicable.
  • Elaboración de dosieres técnicos de nuevos productos conforme a la legislación aplicable. Actualización y mantenimiento de los dosieres técnicos de productos ya existentes.
  • Revisión y aprobación de etiquetas, cartonajes y prospectos. Revisión de material promocional.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

  • Estudios universitarios en Biología, Química, Farmacia o equivalente del área.
  • Inglés: avanzado.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en funciones de asuntos regulatorios de productos sanitarios.
  • Experiencia con registros para el mercado USA (FDA), incluyendo OTC-Drug.

Requisitos valorables

  • Experiencia con Organismos Notificados y Autoridades Competentes Europeas.
  • Experiencia con registros en otros mercados, deseable LATAM (ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
  • Experiencia laboral internacional o proyectos multi país.
  • Estudios de postgrado en el área de registros o clínica.

  • Facilidad para las relaciones interpersonales, para la comunicación y para la presentación.
  • Excelente capacidad para la gestión de tiempo y la planificación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en proyectos simultáneos con fechas límites diferentes.
