Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter Disposition & Materialmanagement (m/w/d)

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:

* Du stellst die termingerechte Versorgung unserer Produktion mit Rohstoffen und Materialien sicher und verantwortest deren Disposition sowie die operative Bestellabwicklung

* Du überwachst Liefertermine und Wareneingänge und behältst offene Bestellungen stets im Blick

* Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Lieferanten, stimmst Liefermengen, Termine und Preise ab, holst

Angebote ein und unterstützt durch Preisvergleiche bei Optimierung unserer Beschaffungsprozesse

* Du pflegst Material- und Lieferantendaten im ERP-System und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität

* Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualitätsmanagement und Einkauf zusammen

* Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Supply-Chain-Prozesse sowie beim Bestandsmanagement

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HTL, FH o.ä.)

* Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, im Einkauf oder im Supply Chain Management arbeiten

* Du verfügst über kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Der Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick

* Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem Organisationstalent bringst du Themen erfolgreich voran

* Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität runden dein Profil ab

* Eigene Mobilität zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes
