Estamos em busca de um Analista Pleno em Designer Conversacional, será responsável por projetar fluxos de conversa, realizar testes com usuários, coletar feedbacks e documentar decisões de design, com foco em usabilidade e engajamento. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, desenhar e evoluir fluxos de conversa para interfaces conversacionais, com foco em usabilidade, clareza, engajamento e eficiência. Garantir consistência e coerência da experiência conversacional, seguindo diretrizes de tom, linguagem e padrões definidos pelo time. Apoiar a condução de análises de comportamento e validações de fluxos, propondo melhorias com base em dados e feedbacks. Trabalhar em parceria com UX Designers mais seniores, desenvolvimento, QA e linguistas computacionais para traduzir requisitos técnicos e de negócio em boas experiências conversacionais. Documentar decisões de design, fluxos e aprendizados, mantendo materiais e padrões atualizados. Apoiar a evolução contínua das experiências conversacionais a partir da análise de métricas, logs e resultados de operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível:Ensino Superior Completo; (Atualizado no Pessoas Online) em áreas correlatas;Funcionário que tenha algum tipo de movimentação consultar tabela de movimentação da Normativa – NI-002 e também consultar cargos elegíveis;Conhecimentos básicos de design de interfaces conversacionais, chatbots ou voicebots. Conhecimentos introdutórios de design thinking.Familiaridade com métricas de performance e operação e análise básica de dados de conversação. Boa organização, senso crítico e atenção a detalhes. Capacidade de trabalhar com orientação e feedback, evoluindo gradualmente a autonomia nas entregas. Facilidade para colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares, comunicando ideias e decisões de forma clara.
