Sua missão é identificar oportunidades, estruturar soluções baseadas em dados e tecnologia e conduzir projetos que promovam ganhos de eficiência, produtividade, experiência do cliente e resultados financeiros.

#LI-MBDResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a evolução e governança do Projetos de eficiência e tecnologia, garantindo a sustentação, aprimoramento contínuo e alinhamento às necessidades do negócio;Traduzir necessidades operacionais em requisitos funcionais e regras de negócio para projetos e sistemas;Atuar na definição e melhoria de processos, capacity, e eficiência transformacional;Atuar em projetos de transformação dentro do modelo BTO, garantindo a geração de valor e a evolução contínua dos processos e ferramentas.

Requisitos e qualificações Imprescindível:

Ensino Superior Completo (atualizado no Pessoas Online), preferencialmente em Economia, Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Funcionário que tenha algum tipo de movimentação consultar tabela de movimentação da Normativa – NI-002 e também consultar cargos elegíveis; (Gestor, Analista Sr e Consultor) Nota do Time to Talk igual ou superior a Good. Experiência em Planejamento (WFM) de operações de Contact Center, incluindo previsão de demanda, dimensionamento, escalas, capacity planning e gestão de indicadores. Vivência em projetos de transformação de processos e sistemas, atuando desde o levantamento de requisitos até a implementação de soluções. Experiência na construção e documentação de regras de negócio, processos operacionais e requisitos funcionais. Capacidade de atuar de forma integrada com áreas de Operações, Tecnologia, Planejamento e fornecedores. Experiência em gestão de stakeholders, condução de reuniões e alinhamento entre áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas. Experiência com metodologias de gestão de projetos e melhoria contínua.

Desejável:

Conhecimento em Power BI, SQL e Python para análise de dados e automação de processos. Experiência com automação de processos e iniciativas de transformação digital. Noções de arquitetura de sistemas, integrações e governança de dados. Certificações relacionadas à Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Processos, Dados ou Metodologias Ágeis.
