Buscamos um profissional com perfil inspirador, analítico e orientado a resultados, capaz de promover o desenvolvimento contínuo do time e contribuir para uma cultura de alta performance.O profissional atuará diretamente no acompanhamento dos resultados, análise de oportunidades de melhoria, aplicação de feedbacks e desenvolvimento de planos de ação para o atingimento das metas da operação que atende a Pluxee.Vaga Presencial;Exclusivo a colaboradores do produto Pluxee.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe de especialistas;Monitorar os indicadores operacionais e de vendas, garantindo o alcance das metas estabelecidas;Realizar feedbacks contínuos e apoiar o desenvolvimento profissional dos colaboradores;Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação para melhoria de resultados;Analisar indicadores, identificar oportunidades e propor estratégias para alavancagem de performance;Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento e engajamento da equipe;Elaborar apresentações e reportes de resultados operacionais;Garantir o cumprimento dos processos e procedimentos da operação;Promover um ambiente colaborativo, motivador e focado em resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTempo de cargo: Ser funcionário Atento por no mínimo 6 meses (Consultar tabela da Normativa – NI-002);Fazer parte de operações do produto Pluxee;Possuir nota no Time To Talk igual ou superior a 100 (Good Performance) no ultimo ciclo de avaliação;Conhecimento em Pacote Office;Facilidade em apresentação de resultados e alinhamentos com o cliente;Boa comunicação e espírito de liderança.Ter foco em resultados e desenvolvimento de pessoas;Preferencialmente residir/ter fácil acesso a Unidade Atento São Bento.Informações adicionaisPrazo de Inscrição: 09/11/2026SalárioR$1.850,00 + Comissionamento com teto de até R$ 5.000,00Horário de Trabalho09:00 as 18:00Jornada de Trabalho: 200h mês | Escala 5x2 folga aos finais de semanaLocal de Trabalho: Presencial - R.
