The posting

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support our finance team and contribute to the efficient financial operations of the organization. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in assisting with financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while also managing day-to-day financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting, coupled with strong analytical and organizational abilities.

1. Group Reporting & Consolidation:

  • Group consolidation and management reporting
  • Review of country submissions
  • Intercompany reconciliation/elimination and FX
  • IFRS and technical accounting
  • Management reporting and variance analysis
  • Audit and consolidation support
  • Balance sheet and intercompany discipline
  • Standardisation of accounting and reporting practices
  • Resolve recurring reporting issues across entities
  • Improve close speed and reporting quality from a Group perspective
  • Chart of accounts and reporting dimensions
  • Consolidation mappings
  • Power Query / Power BI / Excel automation
  • Improving source data quality
  • Integration of acquired/new entities into Group reporting
  • Any others as assign

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent.
  • Approximately 7–10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including experience at Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager or equivalent level.
  • Strong financial reporting and month-end closing experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
  • Hands-on consolidation experience, preferably involving multiple legal entities and currencies.
  • Experience reviewing balance sheets, intercompany balances and consolidation adjustments.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large financial datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve finance processes rather than simply operate existing processes.

Preferred

  • Experience in a regional or multi-country finance environment.
  • Prior audit experience or experience working closely with external auditors.
  • Exposure to ERP/accounting systems and consolidation/reporting tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query or finance reporting automation.
