Principais Atividades

  • Suporte e atendimento a todos os alunos e educadores.
  • Suporte a administração do Google Workspace for Education
  • Suporte ao audiovisual
  • Administração de Ferramentas de Controle: Operação e Suporte de softwares como ChromeVision EDU (controle de Chromebooks) e Veyon (gestão de laboratórios)
  • Suporte a Sistemas Escolares: Conhecimento para apoiar a transição ou manutenção do ERP e ferramentas de comuncação com as famílias.
  • Automatizações de processos nos setores administrativos e pedagógicos.
  • Desejável formação técnica ou superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas, Redes, Automação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência ou conhecimentos em suporte técnico e atendimento ao usuário.
  • Conhecimento em Google Workspace, especialmente Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets e ferramentas educacionais.
  • Conhecimentos básicos em equipamentos de audiovisual e conectividade.
  • Facilidade para aprender e operar novos sistemas e ferramentas tecnológicas.
  • Interesse ou conhecimento em automação de processos e ferramentas digitais.
  • Organização, capacidade de resolução de problemas e boa comunicação.
  • Perfil colaborativo e orientado ao atendimento de alunos e educadores.
