- przygotowywanie i konfiguracja stanowisk komputerowych dla pracowników, - instalacja i konfiguracja systemów operacyjnych oraz oprogramowania, - zakładanie i konfiguracja kont użytkowników w systemach i aplikacjach firmowych, - bieżące wsparcie informatyczne pracowników firmy, - pomoc pracownikom poszczególnych działów w codziennej obsłudze programów i systemów informatycznych wykorzystywanych w firmie, - rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów związanych z działaniem i użytkowaniem aplikacji firmowych, - diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z komputerami, drukarkami, oprogramowaniem oraz połączeniami sieciowymi, - konfiguracja i obsługa urządzeń mobilnych oraz terminali z systemem Android, - pomoc w rozwiązywaniu podstawowych problemów z siecią LAN i Wi-Fi, - przyjmowanie, obsługa i realizacja zgłoszeń informatycznych z poszczególnych działów firmy, - współpraca z innymi działami w zakresie bieżących potrzeb informatycznych, - podłączanie, wymiana i podstawowa konserwacja sprzętu komputerowego oraz urządzeń peryferyjnych, - prowadzenie podstawowej ewidencji sprzętu komputerowego i wykonywanych prac, - realizacja bieżących zadań zleconych przez dział IT. - możliwość zdobywania doświadczenia i rozwoju umiejętności informatycznych, - wsparcie ze strony zespołu IT.
