Founded in 2001, eSentire protects the world's most targeted organizations, with 65% of its global base recognized as critical infrastructure, vital to economic health and stability. By combining open XDR platform technology, 24/7 threat hunting, and proven security operations leadership, eSentire's award-winning MDR services and team of experts help organizations anticipate, withstand and recover from cyberattacks..   About the Role:

We are looking for a strong, hands-on and technical Senior Product Manager to own and strengthen a meaningful part of eSentire's Exposure Management portfolio. You will own a defined Exposure Management domain end to end, initially centered on Attack Surface Management and Atlas Vulnerability Management. Your mandate is broader than running two products: build a clear customer journey from discovering exposure, through understanding and prioritizing risk, to driving remediation and validating that risk has been reduced. You will work across customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, engineering execution, launch and adoption. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ambiguous security problems into concrete product decisions while keeping customer outcomes and broader strategy in view. You will report to the Principal Product Lead, Offensive Security, with structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship and product context, while owning your domain with significant autonomy.

Responsibilities:

Strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for your Exposure Management domain. A coherent experience across attack surface and vulnerability workflows, including discovery, prioritization, remediation and validation. Customer discovery with security leaders, practitioners, analysts and other users involved in exposure reduction. Clear requirements, prioritization and day-to-day product decisions in close collaboration with engineering. Cross-functional execution with security research, analysts, design, sales, marketing, customer success and service delivery. Launch, adoption, product metrics and evidence-based decisions about what to improve, scale, change or stop. The evolution of the domain toward stronger remediation capabilities over time.

  Requirements:

5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise technology. Meaningful experience in Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, CTEM or remediation workflows. Strong technical depth and a track record of working closely with engineering on complex products. Experience owning a meaningful product area end to end, from customer problem and discovery through launch, adoption and outcomes. Ability to turn ambiguity into clear decisions, requirements and priorities without hiding behind process. Strong customer discovery and commercial judgment, with the ability to work across technical, security, service and go-to-market teams.

AI product judgment Requirements AI is increasingly relevant to how security products interpret evidence, prioritize work, investigate context and explain decisions. We value product leaders who can decide where AI materially improves a workflow, where deterministic controls are required, how confidence should be communicated, and how to evaluate whether an AI-driven experience is reliable and useful.

Experience with AI-assisted prioritization, investigation, recommendations or explanation is valuable.

Comfort with evaluations, confidence, human-in-the-loop workflows, guardrails and deterministic versus probabilistic behavior.

  What success looks like

You are the clear product owner for your Exposure Management domain and teams receive timely, well-reasoned product decisions.

The roadmap connects customer and business priorities to measurable outcomes, and capabilities move from discovery to adoption with clear success measures. You develop deep domain expertise and materially shape how eSentire's Exposure Management and remediation journey evolves.

Working at eSentire — Tel Aviv We have built this role with the Israeli work environment in mind. A few things worth knowing:

Direct culture, welcome here. Israeli professional culture is known for directness, intellectual challenge, and flat hierarchies. We value this. Debate ideas openly, push back on decisions, and expect the same in return. Reserve duty (Miluim). We fully support employees with IDF reserve duty obligations. We understand miluim is a civic responsibility and will work with you to manage scheduling without impact to your standing or compensation. Holiday calendar. Our Tel Aviv team observes the Israeli public holiday calendar, including Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Passover, and Independence Day. We plan around these, not over them. Work week. We align to the standard Israeli tech work week (Sunday through Thursday), with flexibility built in for cross-timezone collaboration with North American counterparts. Time zone collaboration. Core overlap with eSentire's Canadian and US teams is typically mid-morning Israel time (late morning EST). We keep synchronous demands reasonable and document decisions thoroughly for async follow-up. Language. English is the working language for cross-functional collaboration. Internal team communication may be in Hebrew.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
