* Assumere la responsabilità locale in merito alla sicurezza informatica dei sistemi d'informazione presso le ubicazioni assegnate, conformemente ai requisiti di sicurezza applicabili, alle istruzioni interne e alle procedure vigenti * Gestire e curare le attività locali di autorizzazione, accreditamento e monitoraggio continuo, compresa la documentazione di sicurezza, le autovalutazioni, gli audit e il monitoraggio delle misure correttive * Svolgere la vigilanza funzionale sugli ufficiali cibersicurezza e il coordinamento locale delle attività di sicurezza con gli amministratori di sistema, la sicurezza, la COMSEC e altri gruppi di destinatari rilevanti * Garantire l'attuazione locale delle direttive in materia di sicurezza, delle procedure e dei controlli nazionali e internazionali applicabili, in particolare nei settori del controllo degli accessi, della configurazione, della protezione dei media, della gestione degli incidenti, della verbalizzazione e delle modifiche di sistema * Fornire consulenza ai responsabili competenti e agli utenti privilegiati in merito ai requisiti in materia di sicurezza delle informazioni, ai ciber-rischi, alle misure di protezione e alla conformità della documentazione

****Che cosa ti contraddistingue****

* Formazione superiore o esperienza equivalente in cibersicurezza, informatica, ingegneria, sistemi d'informazione o in un ambito analogo * Comprovata esperienza nel campo della sicurezza dei sistemi d'informazione, idealmente in un contesto militare, aeronautico, legato ai sistemi di missione o sistemico * Buona conoscenza delle condizioni quadro di sicurezza quali NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, nonché dei processi di autorizzazione all'interno dell'Amministrazione federale svizzera e dei processi di audit e di gestione dei rischi * Capacità di esercitare una supervisione funzionale, di coordinare diversi gruppi di interesse e di tradurre i requisiti di governance in misure operative concrete * Ottime capacità analitiche e redazionali, in particolare per quanto riguarda la documentazione di sicurezza, le procedure standard, la documentazione di accreditamento, i rapporti di audit e i piani di misure

Questa funzione svolge un ruolo fondamentale nella sicurezza locale degli ambienti d'informazione operativi critici, collocandosi nell'intersezione tra governance, sicurezza operativa, amministrazione dei sistemi e requisiti di compliance. Il/la titolare della funzione contribuirà direttamente alla sicurezza delle ubicazioni, alla conformità dei sistemi e alla capacità operativa durevole degli ambienti interessati.

Il Comando Operazioni (Cdo Op) è responsabile di tutte le operazioni e di tutti gli impieghi militari dell'Esercito svizzero. Comprende tra l'altro le Forze aeree, le Forze terrestri, le quattro divisioni territoriali, il Centro di competenza SWISSINT, il comando forze speciali e la polizia militare. Circa il 40 per cento dei pressoché 2500 collaboratori sono impiegati civili: dagli ingegneri ai meccanici di aeromobili fino agli analisti.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
