Summary

As an experienced IT Business Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with our business needs and strategic initiatives. Working closely with business and IT teams, you will analyze requirements, processes, and solution needs and support their implementation.

Job description

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and processes, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and other relevant deliverables.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to assess solution options and impacts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and maintain business analysis and process documentation.
  • Support solution implementation through requirements clarification, validation, UAT, and change activities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with business analysis and requirements management techniques.
  • Ability to analyze business needs, processes, and systems, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in translating business needs into clear and structured business and functional requirements.
  • Good understanding of business process analysis and modeling; knowledge of BPMN and/or UML is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of IT solution delivery and project management principles, including Agile and/or traditional approaches.
  • English at B2 level.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Business Analysis certification.
  • Experience with data analysis or data modeling.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, process modeling tools, or similar solutions.
  • Understanding of systems, APIs, and integrations from a Business Analyst perspective.
  • Awareness of AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes.

Salary Information

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2600 EUR monthly

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate. * Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
