אנחנו מחפשים בנקאי/ת לצוות שירות הלקוחות שלנו!

אם יש לכם יכולות תקשורת מצוינות ותשוקה לבנקאות דיגיטלית, ואתם רוצים לקחת חלק בהגדרה מחדש של חוויית הבנקאות בישראל, מקומכם איתנו. הבנקאים שלנו הם ערוץ התמיכה והשירות המרכזי עבור הלקוחות, ומספקים מענה איכותי, מקצועי ואמפתי דרך צ'אט וטלפון במגוון רחב של נושאים בנקאיים, טכנולוגיים ותפעוליים.

Responsibilities

  • מתן שירות מקצועי, יעיל וממוקד לקוח באמצעות צ'אט, דוא"ל וטלפון בנושאים טכנולוגיים ועסקיים.
  • הדרכה והכוונת לקוחות בשימוש בכלים דיגיטליים באפליקציה, תוך הבטחת פתרון מלא וסגירת פנייה כבר במגע הראשון (FCR), בהתאם ליעדים.
  • ניהול “רגעי אמת” מול לקוחות וטיפול אפקטיבי ויסודי בפתרון בעיות.

Requirements

  • ניסיון קודם במוקד שירות לקוחות.
  • תודעת שירות גבוהה ורצון אמיתי לעזור לאחרים, כולל אמפתיה ויכולת הקשבה פעילה.
  • כישורי תקשורת מצוינים בכתב ובעל פה, ויכולת להסביר נושאים מורכבים בצורה ברורה ופשוטה.
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה - חובה.
  • אוריינטציה טכנולוגית חזקה והבנה עמוקה של סביבות דיגיטליות.
  • יכולת למידה מהירה וניהול ריבוי משימות (Multitasking) בסביבה דינמית.
  • יחסי אנוש מצוינים, יכולת עבודה בצוות וגישה חיובית וסבלנית גם במצבי לחץ.
  • זמינות לעבודה במשמרות (5 משמרות בשבוע) + ימי שישי לפי הצורך.
  • ניסיון במתן שירות מבוסס צ'אט - יתרון
  • ניסיון קודם בבנקאות או בשירותים פיננסיים - יתרון
