The posting

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja di industri Fintech atau Banking.
  • Kandidat akan melalui screening call dengan recruiter dalam Bahasa Inggris untuk menilai kemampuan komunikasi secara langsung.

Interview Process

Proses interview akan dilakukan sepenuhnya dalam Bahasa Inggris. Kandidat diharapkan mampu:

  • Memperkenalkan diri (self-introduction) dengan percaya diri.
  • Menjelaskan pengalaman teknikal dan core skill yang dimiliki.
  • Menjelaskan flow pekerjaan atau project experience dengan jelas.

Catatan:

  • Kandidat masih diperbolehkan berpikir sejenak saat mencari kata dalam Bahasa Inggris, namun tetap diharapkan percaya diri dan tidak terbata-bata.

Assessment Criteria

Penilaian kandidat akan didasarkan pada dua aspek utama dengan bobot yang setara, yaitu:

  • Technical Skill
  • English Communication Skill

Kandidat diharapkan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu menjelaskan pengalaman teknikal secara jelas.

Technical Interview

Pada tahap interview, kandidat kemungkinan akan diberikan basic technical test, khususnya untuk:

  • .NET

Contoh bentuk test:

  • Fixing code yang error
  • Improvement atau optimasi code

Penilaian akan difokuskan pada:

  • Logic dan pemahaman dasar coding
  • Best practice
  • Problem solving
  • Cara kandidat menjelaskan solusi yang diberikan

Catatan:

  • Kandidat diperbolehkan melakukan searching atau menggunakan tools seperti ChatGPT selama interview.
  • Penilaian utama tetap pada cara kandidat menjelaskan proses problem solving.

Work Expectations

Kandidat yang terpilih akan ditempatkan langsung pada client (Novus), sehingga diharapkan:

  • Kandidat dapat langsung berkontribusi dalam project.
  • Tidak memerlukan supervisi intensif dari tim AIT.

Target Candidate Submission

Proses submission kandidat diharapkan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dengan target:

  • 2–3 kandidat yang lolos screening dan interview awal dengan AIT
  • Kandidat tersebut siap untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap interview dengan client (Novus) sebelum periode libur Lebaran.

Role Overview

Builds the server-side logic, API services, and business workflow components supporting the system.

Key Responsibilities

Develop microservices, business logic, and REST APIs using .NET Core.

Handle database transactions, queries, and stored procedures.

Integrate with bank services and internal systems.

Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.

Conduct unit tests and support deployment activities.

Skills / Experience

Experience in specific industries (e.g., fintech & banking)

4+ years in .NET Core backend development.

Strong understanding of SQL databases, API design, authentication, and server security.

Experience with transaction-heavy systems preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
