Seorang Database Administrator (DBA) memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola, memelihara, dan memastikan kinerja optimal dari database di dalam suatu organisasi. Manajemen Waktu: Mengelola berbagai tugas dan proyek secara bersamaan dengan baik, termasuk mendukung operasi 24/7. Komunikasi: Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan tim lain (misalnya, pengembang, manajer, pengguna non-teknis) terkait status database dan kebutuhan bisnis.
