1-2 Year BANKING & EXPERINCE Mandatory Requirements

Aktif berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris (akan melakukan reporting langsung ke India HQ). Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mampu memberikan insight dan ide inovatif, tidak hanya kuat dari sisi teknikal. Memiliki pengalaman kerja di industri Banking atau Fintech. Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengembangan Angular. Screening awal akan dilakukan dalam Bahasa Inggris (mandatory) untuk menilai kemampuan komunikasi kandidat secara langsung.

Role Overview :

Front-End Developer bertanggung jawab untuk membangun user interface yang responsif dan user-friendly menggunakan Angular, serta mengikuti standar modern UI development untuk memastikan kualitas tampilan, performa, dan usability aplikasi.

Key Responsibilities :

Mengembangkan modular dan reusable Angular components. Mengimplementasikan UX/UI wireframes dan memastikan hasil tampilan pixel-perfect. Melakukan integrasi aplikasi front-end dengan backend API sesuai dengan kontrak yang telah disepakati. Mengoptimalkan performance, security, dan scalability pada aplikasi front-end.

Melakukan unit testing serta mendukung aktivitas QA testing.

Skills & Experience

Minimal 4+ tahun pengalaman dalam pengembangan Angular.

Menguasai TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, dan state management.

Memiliki pengalaman dalam secure front-end coding practices.

Memahami API integration dan Git-based workflow.

Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan fast-paced.

Interview Process

Proses interview akan dilakukan sepenuhnya dalam Bahasa Inggris.

Kandidat diharapkan mampu:

Melakukan self-introduction dengan percaya diri.

Menjelaskan pengalaman teknikal dan core skill yang dimiliki.

Menjelaskan alur pekerjaan atau pengalaman project dengan jelas.

Assessment Criteria

Penilaian kandidat akan didasarkan pada dua aspek utama dengan bobot yang setara, yaitu:

English Communication (50%)

Technical Skill (50%)

Technical Interview

Pada tahap interview, kandidat kemungkinan akan diberikan basic technical test, seperti:

Fixing code yang error

Improvement atau optimasi code

Penilaian akan difokuskan pada:

Logic dan pemahaman dasar coding

Problem solving

Cara kandidat menjelaskan solusi yang diberikan

Catatan:

Test code fixing akan diberikan saat interview untuk menilai kemampuan teknikal kandidat.

Kandidat diperbolehkan melakukan searching atau menggunakan tools seperti ChatGPT saat technical test.

Penilaian utama tetap pada cara kandidat menjelaskan proses problem solving.

Work Expectations

Kandidat akan ditempatkan langsung pada client (Novus).

Diharapkan dapat langsung berkontribusi dalam project.

Tidak memerlukan supervisi intensif dari tim AIT.

Target Submission

Target 2–3 kandidat yang lolos screening dan interview awal dengan AIT.

Kandidat siap untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap interview dengan client (Novus) sebelum periode libur Lebaran.
