Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal S-1 dari Perguruan Tinggi, dengan jurusan Teknik Komputer, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Komputer, dan Teknologi Informasi.

IPK minimal 2.75 (skala 4) dibuktikan dengan transkrip nilai terakhir.

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang IT sebagai IT Business Analyst minimal 3 tahun.

Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik dan detail.

Memiliki pengetahuan tentang SDLC (waterfall dan/atau agile).

Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam Problem Finding dan Problem Solving.

Memiliki sikap proaktif, inisiatif, dan inovatif.

Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim dan memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik.

Memahami proses bisnis asuransi.

Memiliki kemampuan dalam presentasi.

Mendesain sequence dan ER diagram.

Memiliki pengalaman dalam penggunaan tools Figma dalam mendesain mock-up.

Memiliki pengalaman dalam menggunakan tools pembuatan diagram (contoh: draw.io).

Memahami dan memiliki pengalaman di bidang asuransi (value added).

Fungsi

Membuat analisis bisnis secara terperinci, menguraikan masalah, dan menyediakan solusi untuk mengembangkan bisnis.

Memahami kebutuhan pelanggan dan tujuan bisnis.

Memberikan saran strategis mengenai penggunaan teknologi untuk mencapai tujuan.

Bekerja sama dengan pihak pengembang aplikasi dan tim analis bisnis, untuk memastikan pelaksanaan proyek dapat berjalan baik dan konsisten.

Melakukan pendampingan dan support dalam rangka menjalankan pengujian aplikasi yang dikembangkan dengan melibatkan unit terkait dan divisi pengguna dalam rangka pelaksanaan SIT (system integration test) dan UAT (user acceptance test) sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan.

Mendesain sistem dan IT network, serta memastikan arsitektur dan fungsionalitas yang tepat.

Mendukung implementasi teknologi baru.

Memberikan bantuan untuk masalah teknis.

Menganalisis dan merevisi sistem yang ada serta menyarankan perbaikan.

Menyajikan laporan yang tepat dan terstruktur.
