Uraian Tugas

Tugas Harian:

1. Melakukan monitoring harian dan pemeliharaan fasilitas fisik Data Center, termasuk sistem UPS,

pendingin presisi (Precision AC), dan fire suppression untuk rak server.

2. Sebagai PIC keamanan fisik Data Center, aktivitas log, dan pengawasan melalui CCTV.

3. Melakukan monitoring server (fisik maupun virtual), kapasitas storage, serta konektivitas

jaringan antar perangkat.

4. Melakukan monitoring & aktivitas backup system agar sesuai dengan policy dan kebijakan yang

berlaku.

5. Melakukan pemantauan aktivitas backup secara rutin dan memastikan semua proses berjalan

sesuai standar.

6. Berkoordinasi dengan tim IT dalam integrasi sistem.

7. Melaksanakan pemantauan terhadap performa server dan insiden melalui platform monitoring

seperti PRTG.

8. Melaporkan insiden dan anomali sistem serta menindaklanjuti sesuai kebijakan dan prosedur

yang berlaku.

Tugas Berkala:

1. Mendukung dan mengoordinasikan kegiatan dukungan teknis infrastruktur dalam

pelaksanaan proyek-proyek TI.

2. Melaksanakan pemeliharaan rutin terhadap perangkat di Data Center dan Disaster

Recovery Center (DRC).

3. Menangani pemasangan, pemindahan, dan pemeliharaan perangkat server, storage, serta

jaringan data.

4. Menyusun laporan bulanan terkait suhu, kelembapan, beban dan waktu kerja UPS, serta

laporan backup dan utilisasi Veeam.

5. Terlibat aktif dalam aktifitas pemindahan atau aktivasi prodution ke DRC.

5. Wewenang

Melakukan restart /administrasi/maintenance server dengan ijin atasan langsung & tidak langsung.

Untuk kedepannya harap dapat menyertakan Portofolio GItHub atau sejenisnya dari kandidat - kandidat yang akan diberikan kepada Clipan. Hal ini akan mempermudah kita dalam melakukan penilaian atas kemampuan teknis dari Kandidat.
