Rekrutmen Spesifikasi Posisi: Quality Assurance

Lingkup Pekerjaan:

1. Melaksanakan proses quality assessment terhadap sistem dan aplikasi yang

dikembangkan.

2. Melakukan manual testing menggunakan berbagai tools seperti Postman, Insomnia,

Swagger, JMeter, ANTS Memory Profiler, dan DevTools.

3. Melakukan automated testing menggunakan tools otomasi seperti Selenium, Katalon,

Unified Functional Testing, dan bahasa pemrograman seperti C#, Kotlin, Swift,

JavaScript, dan TypeScript.

4. Menyusun strategi pengujian serta menyiapkan test plan, test case, skenario pengujian,

dan data uji untuk berbagai profil fungsional, baik positive case maupun negative case.

5. Mengidentifikasi, mencatat, mendokumentasikan secara menyeluruh, dan melaporkan

bug atau isu yang ditemukan selama proses pengujian.

6. Memahami dan mampu menerapkan metodologi Agile dan Scrum dalam proses

pengujian.

7. Melakukan monitoring terhadap hasil debugging bersama tim pengembang.

8. Melakukan pencatatan secara akurat dan lengkap terkait seluruh aktivitas pengujian,

beserta bukti pendukungnya.

9. Berkoordinasi dengan tim pengembang dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk

melaporkan temuan kesalahan atau ketidaksesuaian selama pelaksanaan pengujian.

Persyaratan Umum:

1. Lulusan S1 dari jurusan Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait.

2. Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam tim serta memiliki keterampilan komunikasi

yang baik.

3. Memahami dan mampu menerapkan metodologi Scrum dan Agile dalam kegiatan QA.

4. Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang kuat, perhatian terhadap detail, dan keterampilan

pemecahan masalah yang baik.

5. Memahami SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan seluruh fase pengujian

perangkat lunak.

6. Menguasai konsep, proses, dan metodologi QA serta penggunaan tools yang relevan.

7. Berpengalaman dalam pengujian sistem berbasis Web dan Mobile Web secara langsung.

Persyaratan Khusus (untuk Outsource):

1. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai QA Engineer.

2. Berpengalaman menggunakan tools QA baik untuk pengujian manual maupun otomatis.

3. Manual testing: Postman, Insomnia, Swagger, JMeter, ANTS Memory Profiler, DevTools.

4. Automated testing: Selenium, Katalon, Unified Functional Testing, serta bahasa

pemrograman seperti C#, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, dan TypeScript.

5. Memiliki pengalaman yang baik dalam penyusunan test case, baik untuk positive case

maupun negative case.

Nilai Tambah (Point Plus):

1. Berpengalaman dalam menerapkan metodologi Agile secara praktikal dalam proyek.

2. Berpengalaman menggunakan Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

3. Berpengalaman menggunakan Selenium untuk automated testing.

4. Pengalaman menggunakan X-Ray sebagai tools manajemen test case dan pelaporan

hasil uji.

5. Memiliki sertifikasi profesional di bidang Quality Assurance (contoh: ISTQB, CSTE).

6. Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, baik

lisan maupun tulisan.
