  • Minimal S1 jurusan IT atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai IT Security atau SOC Analyst L1.
  • Memiliki pengalaman menangani minimal salah satu teknologi berikut:Firewall WAF SIEM EDR XDR NDR
  • Wajib memiliki sertifikasi:CompTIA CySA+, atau BTL1 (Blue Team Level 1)

JD :

  • Melakukan monitoring keamanan sistem dan jaringan selama operasional 24/7.
  • Melakukan monitoring dan analisis alert dari SIEM, Firewall, WAF, EDR/XDR/NDR.
  • Melakukan investigasi awal terhadap security alert dan melakukan eskalasi apabila ditemukan indikasi incident.
  • Melakukan incident handling sesuai SOP.
  • Membuat dokumentasi dan laporan hasil monitoring/security incident.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dalam proses penanganan incident.
  • Working Arrangement:
  • Full Onsite – Jakarta Barat.
  • Operasional 24/7 (Shift).
  • Skema shift: 8 jam (3-1 / 6-2), atau 12 jam (2-2).
