Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Vertrieb, der uns im Kontakt mit unseren über 1.000 Kunden und Interessenten unterstützt.

Die Tätigkeit wird ausschließlich aus unserem Büro über das Telefon durchgeführt. Du musst also zu keinen Kunden rausfahren. Außerdem betreibst du keine Kaltakquise, sondern rufst nur Menschen an, die sich als Interessent auf unserer Website beworben haben.

Bisher keine Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder im Finanzbereich? Quereinsteiger?

In deiner Einarbeitungsphase lernst du alles, was du zur Ausübung deiner Tätigkeit benötigst. Vorkenntnisse sind also weder im Finanzbereich, noch im Vertrieb notwendig.

  • Terminvereinbarung mit passenden Interessenten

Verdienst

Dein Einstiegsgehalt als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit beträgt: 3.500€ pro Monat nach absolvierter Probezeit.

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden.

Die Probezeit beträgt 6 Monate. Das Ziel jeder Einstellung ist eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit.
