Är du analytisk och drivs av att utveckla kvaliteten i äldreomsorgen? Nu söker vi ytterligare en kollega för att stärka upp teamet under 2027.

Kvalitetsenheten äldre består idag av åtta kvalitetssäkringssamordnare (KSS) och tre utvecklare. När du börjar hos oss blir ni nio kvalitetssäkringssamordnare i teamet. Vår uppgift är att arbeta för ständiga förbättringar, stötta äldreomsorgens verksamheter och medarbetare i deras utmaningar. Nya kollegor beskriver oss som en ”trevlig, ödmjuk och prestigelös arbetsgrupp där du snabbt känner dig välkommen”. Som nyanställd erbjuds du alltid en mentor.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Du ansvarar för att planera och driva dina uppdrag självständigt. I arbetet driver du förändring och gör olika kompetenshöjande insatser som att:

  • handleda och stötta medarbetare och enhetschefer i exempelvis personcentrerad vård och omsorg, bemötande och olika arbetssätt.
  • bidra till lägesbilder genom screening, granskningar, observationer, dialoger och andra underlag.
  • analysera resultat, variationer, risker och bakomliggande orsaker tillsammans med verksamheten.
  • bedöma vilken stödform som bäst motsvarar det identifierade behovet.
  • planera och genomföra utbildningar, workshops, reflektions- och lärandetillfällen när analysen visar att kompetensstöd behövs.

KVALIFIKATIONER För att lyckas i rollen har du erfarenhet av social dokumentation, ett strukturerat arbetssätt och vana att driva ditt arbete självständigt. Du vet att för att få till en förändring behövs tydlig kommunikation och målbild i kombination med lyhördhet, stöttning och motivation. En styrka är att kunna hitta nya lösningar för att uppnå resultat, det vill säga våga prova nytt. Samverkan och samarbete är nyckelord för den här tjänsten.

Vi söker dig som har en examen från högskola eller universitet som socionom eller inom det beteendevetenskapliga området. Du kan ha en annan utbildning men då i kombination med erfarenhet av en liknande roll som KSS. Har du erfarenhet av arbete inom äldreomsorg ser vi det som ett plus.

Löneform: Månadslön. Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre. Omfattning: Anställning på 1 år Arbetstid: Dagtid.
