Principais atividades

  • Dar suporte comercial à Inside Sales responsável pelas importações aéreas, atuando nas contas da carteira de clientes de SP.
  • Contatar clientes por e-mail e telefone para levantar detalhes da cotação: carga, incoterm, rota e data de necessidade de recebimento no Brasil.
  • Analisar as informações recebidas, conferir se estão completas e cadastrá-las no sistema da ES.
  • Abrir a solicitação de custos ao Procurement por meio da Oferta no SKY, respeitando o fluxo e os prazos definidos, e preencher os valores retornados para a composição da venda (revisada pela Inside Sales).
  • Fazer follow-up das cotações emitidas, com atualização de status no SKY e no CRM.
  • Manter atualizados os dados cadastrais e os requisitos comerciais dos clientes.
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e comunicativo;
  • Habilidade com planilhas e cotações;
  • Cursando ensino superior;
  • Inglês intermediário.
