Cette enquête a été réalisée auprès d'un panel de 20 000 consommateurs et en voici les différents critères de distinction :

· Attention portée à la clientèle (accueil, rapidité de contact, etc.)

· Niveau d'expertise (compétence du personnel, qualité de l’information, etc.)

· Volonté de recommander l’enseigne.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons un Assistant Administratif Gestion locative H/F au sein de notre siège social situé dans le centre ville d'Angers (49), en CDD, dès que possible jusqu'au 30/10/2026 (évolution possible en CDI).

Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

Gestion administrative :

Avec l’appui des Services Techniques et du Service Comptabilité, contribuer à la bonne diffusion et au suivi des interventions à charge des propriétaires (devis, facturation, suivi tableau de bord…)

Suivi des déclarations d’assurance GROUPE (DO, Sinistres)

Mise à jour d’informations dans l’ERP

Suivi et facturation de produits additionnels

Suivi des Apports d’affaires dans la revente des biens

...

Gestion locative :

Suivi des baux commerciaux

Contrôle des paiements associés

Gestion des actes d’acquisition

Relation avec les différents acteurs (promoteur, notaires, partenaires…)

Suivi administratif des dossiers (boîte mail, facturations, numérisation, mise à jour de données…)

Gestion de la facturation et des charges locatives investisseur

Suivi et facturation de produits additionnels

Vos atouts :

Vous possédez une aisance relationnelle naturelle et vous appréciez les contacts humains tout en respectant les conventions en vigueur.

Vous êtes en capacité de vous adapter à des interlocuteurs différents.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un environnement complexe (multi-sites).

Vous êtes très à l’aise avec l’outil informatique et plus particulièrement avec les outils de communication (téléphone, réseaux sociaux, skype, teams, outlook 365, Word, Excel, Power point, …).

De formation Bac+2 en assistanat de direction/administratif/gestion, vous avez travaillé dans une PME de taille intermédiaire. Des connaissances en droit/droit immobilier seraient un plus.
