Espace et Vie est une résidence services pour seniors. Nous proposons un ensemble de services personnalisés pour le confort de nos résidents tel que du ménage, de l'aide humaine, de la restauration avec nos propres cuisiniers, un service de blanchisserie …

Le repas est un moment primordial pour nos résidents, nous souhaitons ensemble répondre à leur attente.

Espace et Vie est reconnue parmi les meilleures enseignes sous la catégorie SERVICES A LA PERSONNE dans la section RESIDENCE SENIORS.

Cette enquête a été réalisée auprès d'un panel de 20 000 consommateurs et en voici les différents critères de distinction :

· Attention portée à la clientèle (accueil, rapidité de contact, etc.)

· Niveau d'expertise (compétence du personnel, qualité de l’information, etc.)

· Volonté de recommander l’enseigne.

Nous recherchons un cuisinier H/F motivé et avec l'envie de faire plaisir à nos ainés pour notre résidence Espace et Vie de ....... (département) à compter du ... jusqu'au ...

En tant que cuisinier H/F vous serez en charge de :

  • Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de traçabilité
  • Elaborer des menus en lien avec le référent restauration tout en répondant aux attentes des résidents
  • Gérer les commandes, les réceptions et les suivis des stocks

Votre profil :

Vous êtes au minimum titulaire d'un CAP ou BEP cuisine et/ou dans l'idéal d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience. Formation HACCP souhaitable. Vous recherchez une ambiance simple et conviviale, régalez-vous convives est votre priorité : ce poste est fait pour vous !

Rémunération selon profil et expérience.
